i agree, if they were real, they would be bidding 15c not a price below the market.
Anyway, the whole thing is academic as they are not going to succeed given the register, so they are just wasting everyone's time and their money.
Meanwhile the drills keep on spinning and the rights issue will proceed, just not for a few weeks. Meanwhile they have shareholder loans to keep them going.
