I see this as the first step toward a smart country again and end the dumb country status. Finally a Govt who's prepared to invest into the private sector and establish a new industrial base for renewables and value adding to rare earth metals instead of digging them up and sending them off for China to profit from. A super stupid and lazy situation allowed to fester. The Lnp would never be capable of such a progressive policy.
