I think you may have that around the wrong way! Axiom were successful in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, ruled that it was back to the drawing board for everyone, including SMMS, therefore with SMMS moving on it no longer contests these issues.

Sumitomo's contempt of court may well be a changing point? What was your thought on that?
