She is not well liked in general.
Somebody has alerted key decision makers about the issues.
They won't be 'screwed over', they just need to accept the reality that the US is our ally, and it's not just absurd to expect the government, any government will just rubber stamp this transaction.
The Federal government had egg on its face over the sale of the LT Darwin Port transaction. They are not going to be stupid about this.
They can contract with US manufacturers. This has a long way to run, it's a shame that holders won't be there for the ride while they take this off market.
