dunno swaggy - honestly don't think it will make a lot of difference
l am have been buying WOW this week and last.
not cheap but personally l been under market wait for years and finally decided to do something about it while the sp has tumbled.
could go couple of dollars cheaper (maybe "should" but think it's fair value and time to add if l want to hold really long term.
no to COL though, not cheap enough.
The landholdings for WOW are really in prime locations
generally l am too early in my buys but this really looks ok.
