According to the latest report, European Lithium has about 30 million dollars and now only 45 million = 75 million from Sizzle.
There is still almost 10 times the money missing!
This means a high dilution for the old shareholders, because the money has to come from somewhere.
Why is BMW only paying 15 million and this is also offset against the deliveries of lithium in 2026 with a discount?
