Explaurum Limited (ASX:EXU) is preparing to reveal details of a capital raising, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.

Explaurum is focussed on the Tampia Gold Project in Western Australia, located 200 kilometres NE of Boddington and 100 kilometres south of Edna May gold mines.

Tampia hosts a 2012 JORC Inferred Resource of 4.7 million tonnes at 2.0g/t gold for 310,000, which is open in all directions.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 14th October 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
