IMO the shopfront now blends too much into the background, and from a fundamental perspective, I saw more people in Helloworld Travel and Student Flight shops for the first time ever which are located adjacent to / across from FLT at this particular Westfield.

It is all superficial stuff and doesn't change the core business, but I've seen poor store fronts / loss of impact / brand change impact my shares time and time again, and hence why am out.

Your concerns are warranted as always with a redesign, but I would query whether this had anything to do with the recent brand almagam - the recently rebranded Escape Travel businesses are on a staggered fitout schedule. Exterior signage changed immediately but a lot of businesses still have interior layout of that of the Escape Travel stores. Was this business you were in a rebranded Escape Travel or had always been a Flight Centre? There is certainly still the red scheme in the majority of shops.
