Years ago i had long discussion with lawyers about MoU's and i also consulted a judge.

Upshot is that it doesn't matter what we title a document , it's what it says thst matters. A judge won't focus on the title, he/she will look at the text of what it says. Unless it specifically states thay it's non binding ( in its entirety) it can/will be legally binding.

I know that many people think that just because we title a document as an MoU that it's not legally binding. That's incorrect, what matters is what it says and who has signed it.
