Unfortunately I had to realise that it doesn't matter how good and how compliant is LYC.
The plain fact is that Malaysia don't really care for western-style niceties, nor for political correctness - LYC is Australian and whitey-owned. This can not be.
Until LYC would sell a majority interest into Malay hands, it will not find success there and I should have factored this fact into my investment decision.
I have traded LYC successfully a few times and I also sold 1/3 of my latest holding a few weeks back @ around $2.36. Of course now I regret that I didn't sell all of them, or didn't sell them last week. But this won't take me nowhere - in my opinion one must leave LYC at an opportune time to re-visit them when they left Malaysia (which will happen unless they'll sell most of LYC; as above).
My opinion only!
