They're developing.....Absolutely! With the addition of their cash on hand, they have NTA of around a cent and currently, no revenue. The market continues to mark it down because the likelihood of substantial further dilution is extremely high on top of an already heady market cap. The market is speaking and those not listening will likely shed capital. There will always be another SAS, XXX or YYY.
