Hypothetically, if cash were needed, given Mauro's window of trade is open following the announcement, would a private offering to himself or WHG be an option? I recall reading recently he pocketed $133 mill following the float...he just may top up himself

You're assuming that those farms and his house weren't already mortgaged to the hilt. I'm pretty sure that all the money he got from the IPO went to paying off debt.
