Someone correct me if I am wrong.
All decisions to not proceed with LNG projects increase sovereign risk aspects of WPL's business so is seen as a negative.
However, the more projects that are delayed or cancelled increases the future value of projects in progress or planned as there will be less competition, shortage of product.
In my mind the benefits of the announcement out weigh the negatives, but that may be biased thinking.
I am sure the market will see this as a negative for WPL regardless.
