JF claims she isn’t leaving until 2024 so that would give her plenty of time to announce all the results and any deals (if one ever surfaces?) ….. I would also add that if there was a takeover prior to her leaving then she wouldn’t be replaced ….. who knows what’s going on at HQ but they are certainly taking their time to announce results for what is essentially in house open label trials - just sayin’
If the 5 Substantial Holders collectively reach 50.1 % holdings they could easily collaborate to sell to big pharma for an agreed price if they just want out …. and while the company’s constitution will prevent a full takeover it won’t stop this new entity in that scenario basically running the show through their newly acquired voting power
…… and with 27 million shares traded in the last 9 days, let’s face it someone is buying them and no Sub Holders have been selling as they haven’t lodged any ASX notices ….. GLTAH
