Zijin must have other investments in Australia that are listed on ASX? I am surprised there has not been an adverse reaction to these companies and warnings from the regulators about just how Zijin treat their fellow shareholders.
Hopefully the AFR will post an appropriate story once the court case is settled warning all other investors of the tactics used by Zijin to deceive minority shareholders. I could use stronger words but that will wait until the Bermudan court releases their decision. That will ensure I am not in breach of HC rules.
