Close boozy, I just like to add balance to a debate by pointing out some inherent flaws in property as an investment ..... and the way that sets a few off on here with the vitriolic discourse gives many others some entertainment as well. I call that a win win.
Many forget, I was not long ago far more bullish on property than most of these blokes put together. The difference is I know when to hold and when to fold.
