Utterly delusional or stupid? Please, your insults mean little to me and your aggression tells me you are not sure where to hide. Fact is, you insist others post evidence of their claims on here, yet, when called on it yourself you have gone into hiding behind insults and aggression.
There are other posters on here that claim to sit around a pool whilst money makes itself, yet they need a mortgage on a non deductible PPOR. The contradictions were not missed by anyone. Yet, these are the same people who aggressively seek to discredit others through lies, delusions and fabrications that disagree with their property investment outlook.
