The commentators need to find somewhere to spruik that isnt about to tank big time, that way they only lose a bit of credibility as opposed to all of it when it does. A smart guy like you should be able to see through that ......

A 'smart guy' wouldnt have bought a $1m+ house while spending all day and night arguing how property is going to tank and drop by 30%.

So either you arent a 'smart guy' or are a troll.
