and I believe that there has been subsequent proxy work for Asia and South America that would counter his tentative views on the medieval warming period.
And his ideas about rapid changes are not inconsistent with AGW, as far as I can see.
I've not seen any evidence that what he has said contradicts AGW and the "grave" problem broecker himself has recently stated that to be.
When a scientists states he sees AGW as a grave problem for humanity, I think cherry picking the rest of his work becomes a dance on the head of a pin.
