I can't help you if you do not understand axial precession that is on a 25800 year time scale or the solar radiation fluctuations that occur on a 300 year long timescale.
As your not going to live longer than the next 100 years and were not born before 1900 the data is relevant.

Never in the recorded history of the existence of the homo genus of apes has there been a CO2 level higher than 300 ppm.
