Its in the directors report section of the half yearly - not the auditors section.
The directors stated to shareholders that CCO may be in doubt as a going concern and would possibly move to extinguish its assets unless it met future capital raises and sales.
THis is not negative.. these are facts ... from the directors of CCO to shareholders!

Whats scary to me, in my opinion, is if you read the announcement on Friday about the new loan note with the above in mind.
