NPV is just one consideration. History is littered with companies holding great assets that get mismanaged into the ground and sometimes you are better off taking some profits along the journey.
Holding this one for the long term, but I do have some concerns about talk of operating in Malaysia. LYC's Malaysian plant got turned into a political football and seems subject to never ending legal challenges.
