Sorry mate, the gov't isn't supposed to make money. The gov't is the gov't. Business and individual taxpayers make money that it then gives to the gov't. The purpose of the gov't is to govern and to redistribute monies. Sorry, but that's the way it works. Next time, just a basic wikipedia search would clarify these matters.
