MSB drug application got rejected by the FDA and their SP dropped from $6 to 30c. It has shot back up last few weeks when insiders bought tens of millions of shares on market as MSB prepares to apply again by June 30. They now have a bunch of drugs that passed clinical trials and are lined up for FDA application.
If NOV insiders started buying millions of shares, it would broadcast the same confidence.
