There are two articles in Forbes magazine and one in Politico which cast somewhat of a negative light over Novavax. The main problem is that they are having trouble scaling up their production. They are also having trouble with purity of sample. Novavax is also quite a small company (<1000 employees).
But having said all that, I hope they are successful in getting to market. I suspect they maybe over taken by others with a disabled virus.
