Davy, quite correct…flash is a low value product, to sip to the USA would be astronomical, even containerised, is expensive due to the low density and handling costs.
I have seen many export plans for plash over the last 20 years from east coast aus……the numbers have never stacked up, and it has never happened.
This COULD change if there is a volume demand, on a basic Panamax vessel, you could get around 50,000 tonnes.
However the freight and transport logistics - both ends, would, (IMO) kill it
Theres plenty of local flyash in many locations round the world.
