I won't be there, but will be keeping an eye out for the update from our fellow HCers that attend.
In regards to the additional placement capacity, IMO, LWP haven't been reckless with previous placements, and have achieved quite a lot for what they have used. Also have to remember that dilution affects Siegfried many multiple times more than most of us, as he holds the most substantial parcel. I highly doubt he'll give away shares willy nilly. I'm for resolution 2.
As for the first resolution - No brainer!
