It is feasible to suggest the Australian and USA fly ash currently being tested is sourced from nearby a potential key JV partner. Only makes sense to do that.

They are just possibilities that would make sense to me.

Who knows, maybe fly ash from multiple regions of Australia, India and USA are being tested, not just 1 source from each place, hence the waiting period. That would be a lengthy process, although a very strategic one at that.

We will know soon enough.

India have quite the fracking business over there, still drilling wells it seems... I'm not sure why people thought initially "oh god" a crappy "Indian JV" why not US blah blah blah... Look up India's fracking, you'll see why that was a good move
