Israel may or may not be nuclear capable but by gosh, she's had plenty of opportunities to use it (if she really has it) for example the Yom Kippur war, when she was on the brink of total defeat.
She didn't and as a result lost many good fighting men, when the war could have been over in the blink of an eye if she had.
Incidentally would you shed any tears (apart from crocodile tears) if Israel was wiped off the map?
