You know, keep an open mind. Could be either. Spencer assumes it's the models that are wrong. He may be right. Or he may not.

Roy Spencer compares the model predictions with two separate measures of temperature, satellite and radiosonde. There is no claim that RS has misrepresented the model predictions, and no claim that RS has misrepresented the temperature measures.
