Remember when this initial trouble started? Oex stated gspc can pay the outstanding cash calls...Oex buy out the oilfeild or the oilfeild should be handed over.....I am assuming that those options flow both ways. At a guess Oex not being able to develop the oilfeild disadvantages gspc That is a breech of the jv law which remains a part of the new psa because it is not mentioned in the new psa. All assumptions but do you beleive we will get to keep it... I've been wrong before
