Being a bit harsh there, ACCC. The members of the board of any public company are appointed by the shareholders to set and guide the direction the company for the benefit of the shareholders who appointed them. Obviously the previous shareholders [owners] of the company had every right to have their representative/s on the board during the transition.
I'd say he's done a pretty good job, delivering them about a four bagger from where they were in just a few months. His job is now finished. Just to put that into perspective, for a new shareholder to have the sames result buying in at 0.09, it'll have to go to 0.36.
I don't know the guy [or anyone else who works for NUH] but he can work for my interests anytime he likes.
