The bestopportunity for getting good average to high offtake price conditions is at themiddle of the price market and not at the lull in the market. So you think nowwhen the price is low is what management would be eager to jump at do you? Ithink its you who doesn’t know what your on about.

They are not even ready to take out a loan for a plant. Theyhave lots of time to hold out before accepting an offtake for the purpose ofgetting a loan. So why wouldn’t they?
