BOD want him gone then fine. whatever makes their job more efficient and less complex I'd say. there's enough fluff surrounding this ordeal without having a director who doesn't pay his debts. this company needs focus and vision, not ego and legacy. that being said, he has clawed his way back in through the cat door, so maybe he does have some drive/ambition with skin in the game. I think I'll accept the BOD decision either way
