But would that not just show up in the D&C well costs? The ongoing production LOE is shared on WI basis (unless SSN has negotiated a fixed monthly fee arrangement?). The G&A cost is just what it says - and unless SSN has reduced headcount or salary that would not change either as far as I can see.
Big operators outsource too as is evident with the rig laydowns and layoffs at drilling contractors.
The good news I think is in the future completions and new wells (if any) - more competitive rates and cheaper materials and possibly further technological advances. Maybe also there are re-frac workover opportunities on the older wells (drilling contractors would be looking for any work).
