my tip on oil is that we will get a bounce soon and probablyl settle mid 70s until the cycle starts all over again. I don't see the worlds oil producers wanting to keep it too low for too long. Just making their bloody minded point that they have influence over the market. Bloody control freaks.

Based on my calculations, the interest payment for $25 million is only $850K a year.

For every $1million borrowed @ 3.5% = $35 000

$35 000 x 25 = $875 000
