Easy fix, those who wish to work past 65/67 should still PAYG tax but at the end of the financial year return all the tax they have paid that year as a lump sum to do with as they please.
I have been asking workers for the last 15 years who are about to retire is that something they would consider doing. Majority answers are yes from 2 to 5 yrs extra work past retirement. Its a win win.
