That's complete garbage. It's illegal for a homeless person to support themselves. It is illegal for them to grow vegetables. Anybody excluded from land use is prohibited from growing food and effectively prohibited from supporting themselves. The work that they really need to do is to seize the land and property from the wealthy and overthrow the state apparatus. That would be really effective good work. Be careful what you wish for.
