How would the market know how the property negotiations are going? No details have been released, we don’t even know if there are any interested parties.

Then again, it probably doesn’t take a genius to guess that there isn’t much appetite for a multi million dollar development project in a country where the pandemic has wreaked havoc and there’s no foreseeable way out in the near future. But, this is probably a moot point because the market doesn’t even really know the value of the land. How many of us in this thread would know how valuable the land is if not for Tony from EGP?
