So you don't think the individuals buying and selling the 16m volume of SIT stock today have any idea about the financial situation of SIT or the value of the land? You realise that they are the market because they are the marginal buyers and sellers of the stock today and they set the price. The market is not some passive bystander who knows nothing about the stock IMO.
