Even if they “give it away” at $100 million, it should run like the Clappers.
I’d like to think they can achieve much more for it. I imagine it would be a lengthy process for potential vendors to come up with a plan and submit a bid. I’m really clueless as to what would be involved, but I am very confident that land is worth significantly more than the current market cap of $14 million
