    And there's the rub when dealing with ANY service that used to be government responsibility.
    Our politicians are so pathetically inept, that they can't control what goes on under their
    very noses. Outsource or sell off everything for short term gain, instead of doing the hard yards
    and rectify the situation. It's what we effing well pay them to do.
    Run the country for the mutual benefit of all ( and the future), not treat it like a second-hand car yard.
