If this TH is about CR I would not be surprised if it is not oversubscribed. Brad will be more circumspect about where shares are distributed and I am sure they will be in safe hands.
Considering where we were this time last year the progress of TON has been nothing short of magnificent, and you will note the major shareholders haven't budged and from what I know they have no intention of selling just yet.
