Exactly, people are buying anticipating the San Jose project eventually getting the go-ahead.
In reality the region isn't going to ignore the economic boom this will provide in terms of the local economy, including jobs and new infrastructure. A site with one of the largest hard rock deposits in Europe just left alone because some locals don't want it just isn't feasable! The project will go ahead and will be done with thought to the environment while the entire supply chain meets ethical and emissions standards set out by the EC.
It's just a matter of time and when it does get the approval there will be a lot of people kicking themselves they didn't get in when their gut told them to!
