Rumour on a large position to be taken in OZ minerals saw the SP up around 15% at one stage.
I bought shares in both, but I actually think IGO is quite a bit better value.
I saw both as take over targets, but IGO got better assets so in the longer term has more value, although some capex to be spent.
They would actually be a very good merger I would have thought.
But I can't see that happening, however I can see someone trying to take them over completely.
If not the great story will continue to unfold for IGO holders.
That's what I call a win:win. ;-)
