After 30 years in FNQ the mainly no nonsense Qlders have much more nous about how the world works compared to the dimwit muggles living bayside Melbourne. They cant see whats going on around them as the cancer spreads. Small business has been gutted. One only has to walk down Ackland St St Kilda to see the decay.
It certainly was a shock to return to Victoria and see the change...
Im off to walk some trails in Japan for 3 weeks. Will be nice to immerse in a clean, civil, respectful society for a change.
