Stop judging the down rampers, its notup to you to judge, so they cost some mum and dad's some money maybe they cost someone a house or ruined a kids Xmas. theres only two that can judge them on morals and integrity, one is themselves the other is GOD.
a lot of bad things happen to people 9 time out of ten on reflection they'll accept it was warranted.
