Totally agree, primaus. One could even put a tighter buffer around the options:
Expiry is 08/31/25.
Patient enrollment for the second P3 SHORE trial is expected to complete in 2Q24. An early completion by mid April 2024 would mean topline data by the end of April 2025, leaving a buffer of 4 months at most.
So, a buffer of 2-4 months is what option holder should work with, I‘d say.
