Hey mate, the 'Notice of Exercise of Options' form was sent to us from Computershare when we first bought the options on market. On that form it gives you a few different ways of paying the money to exercise. The best way is Bpay if you can. On the form you are given your own unique Reference number.
I'd try giving Computershare a ring.
