...Basically what TB is saying is that we will not extend the deadline unless you give us a good reason to. If you don't, we can terminate from today onwards. ie, u better get your act in order if you want it.
It might be a simple thing like the buyer was waiting on funds which haven't been delivered yet, eg financing.
